Mô tả công việc
- Plan, organize, assign, and supervise the daily activities of subordinate Leaders and staff to ensure effective and timely execution.
- Manage factory recruitment activities, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding in coordination with relevant departments.
- Manage employee records, labor contracts, and HR-related administrative procedures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee factory administration and logistics services, including canteen, shuttle bus, security, office supplies, facilities, and assets, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor and maintain HR reports, including headcount, attendance, recruitment status, and other management information.
- Ensure HR and administrative processes, records, and documentation within the assigned scope comply with GMP and audit requirements.
- Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate subordinate Leaders and staff to strengthen team capability and performance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identify and resolve HR and administrative issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Review and improve HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency, standardization, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company requirements related to labor, health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Collaborate with the Safety team to strengthen workplace safety, risk prevention, and compliance.
- Oversee incident management, corrective actions, and problem resolution within the assigned scope to ensure business continuity.
- Lead and monitor assigned projects, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and implementation plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment and team management.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, recruitment, employee relations, and factory administration.
- Good English commnication
- Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
